this statement says that there will never be any type of excuse for choosing evil. if two kids are doing seperate activities... one is doing homework and the other is doing drugs. lets say that the second guy is driving and runs over a kid... there is no excuse, he was on drugs and ran over a kid, that is taken right away to jail!
